A Membership application is required to attend the Club Sapphire. Please fill out an online membership application PRIOR to attending events at the club. All information submitted is strictly confidential, for internal club use only and will not be distributed to any other party. Please note you only need 1 membership. Do not create multiple memberships even if bringing a new date/partner etc.
